An event rental includes the entire Stonehaven Castle + the 55-acre property for a 3-day period. While you have access to the full property, we ask that if you move any furniture that it is all put back in the appropriate spots before check out.

Deposit Policy

100% of the venue rental fee is due at booking to reserve your date. In the case of an emergency or a change of plans, we will offer up to a 50% refund if the event is no less than 10 weeks away.

Wedding & Event Policies FAQ

  • Alcohol is allowed at your event, however, you must have a licensed bartender & assume all responsibility for any damage due to intoxication of guests.

  • YES! But it is very simple to purchase online. Usually only $60-$100 for $1,000,000+ in coverage. This protects you in the case of any emergencies/damages caused by the event.

  • We are not a full service event venue. We only provide the property and the house and sleep in. If you need to rent materials for the event, we are big fans of Vintage Soul Events in Eureka Springs!

  • ALL excess trash (that does not fit in the two provided bins) needs to be removed from the property post event. Any additional trash left will incur a $250 “clean up” fee. Additionally, ALL tables, chairs, flowers, arches, props, etc need to be removed from the property before your 11am checkout time. Yes, even on a Sunday. Please check with your event management company to ensure they know the policy before the event is over.

  • Stonehaven has a 1-way .5 mile long private driveway. Most groups recruit volunteer parking attendants to help guests get in and out of the property. Guests can park cars along the side of the driveway or in the grassy area in front of the house. Other guests have opted to use a local shuttle service from a nearby parking lot for larger events.
